About us

We’re a coffee-obsessed couple on a mission to make caffeine fun again. Outlaws Coffee was born from our converted Land Rover and a love of bold brews with big personality. You’ll find us pulling shots at markets, weddings, and festivals, serving up seriously good coffee without the snobbery. Because coffee doesn’t have to be boring. It just has to be good. And maybe a little bit badass.

Your Local Caffeine Dealers

We’re a little obsessed with coffee (okay, a lot). It started with us making cold brews, iced lattes, and espresso martinis for our mates, then experimenting with cold foam like it was a science fair. Next thing we knew, we were deep in the caffeine spiral and loving every second. We even christened our converted Land Rover Sabrina...because, like the song, she serves up “espressOOO” everywhere she rolls.

Big Bean Energy

Really Good Coffee

We’ve partnered with Hard Lines Coffee in Cardiff; specialists in sourcing and roasting seriously great coffee. They build long-term relationships with bean producers and prioritise sustainability. That means every flat white, cortado, or cold brew we serve is consistently bold, balanced, and bursting with character.

Talented Baristas

Our crew doesn’t just make great coffee—they live for it. Highly trained, obsessed with flavour, and not afraid to throw in some bants while they steam your oat milk.

A Pretty Cool
Coffee Truck

Our converted Land Rover—aka Sabrina—is a total head-turner. Whether it’s a wedding in a muddy field or a film set up a mountain, she goes where the coffee’s needed and looks great doing it.

The Vibe

We bring more than just caffeine. We bring energy. Good tunes, big smiles, and that “omg I needed this” moment. It’s not just coffee—it’s a whole mood.

Hotter Than Your Coffee
